Miniature Dwarf Bearded

Diminutive Harbingers of Spring

At just 2”– 8” tall these tiny treasures are the earliest of the bearded iris to bloom. In our fields they usually start blooming in late March or early April. Miniature dwarfs thrive in a climate with a definite cold season and are best enjoyed in a rock garden or elevated planting. You’ll want to make it easy to sniff their dainty blossoms – most are very fragrant!
